Every other year, GreenStage commissions new work by Connecticut performing artists for premiere at the next GreenStage Live Arts festival. Since 2018, we’ve given out $27,500 in grants and premiered 11 original, new works in dance, drama and music. In 2024, we’ll award as many as three $5,000 grants commissioning work for the 2025 festival. Previous GreenStage Artists’ Award recipients are:
